"Michigan" Pot Roast

Have you ever heard of a Mississippi Pot Roast? Well, this is our take on that classic recipe. We like to call it the Michigan Pot Roast. Featuring our favorite Michigan-made products and our homemade seasoning blend, this pot roast is anything but boring!

Ingredients

Chuck Blade Roast ( approximately 4 lbs.)

1 stick of butter


Sprinkle ranch seasoning on your meat and place in a crock pot. Place stick of butter on top of meat and pour half a jar of pepperoncini's, juice and all, into pot. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable or use to make a burrito with your favorite toppings.
